Nurse Nicola, co-founder of Nisha Aesthetics, has been a Registered Nurse since 2017. She began her career in the Intensive Care Unit, balancing a passion for critical care with a growing interest in aesthetic medicine. After studying her Postgraduate Certificate in Critical Care, she went on to earn a Postgraduate Diploma in Cosmetic Nursing and Injectables—marking the start of her dedicated journey in aesthetics.
Since transitioning from ICU, Nicola has built extensive experience in the fast-evolving aesthetic industry, always prioritising education and ethical practice. Well-known across Perth, she’s recognised for her honest, client-focused approach, creating personalised treatment plans that enhance natural beauty without unnecessary procedures.
Nicola now works closely with aesthetic doctors to deliver advanced skin and injectable treatments. Her commitment to integrity and client care is what inspired the creation of NISHA Aesthetics, where we continue to deliver natural, confidence-boosting results.

Alysha's nursing career began when she graduated from Curtin University in 2015. Not long after, she moved to Brisbane where she worked predominantly in aged care, community, education, and then further studied Aesthetic Nursing. These early years gave her a strong foundation in patient care, communication, and leadership.
Alysha's passion is for building genuine, trusting relationships and providing compassionate care, which is at the forefront of her practice when treating clients at Nisha Aesthetics.
Alysha is a wife, and mother to 2 young girls who now lives in Mount Helena. She strives to create a welcoming environment where clients feel supported and empowered , with her philosophy being centred on achieving natural, refreshed outcomes that align with individual goals and lifestyles.
A lifelong learner, Alysha is continually engaged in ongoing study and professional development, staying up to date with the latest advancements in cosmetic nursing and skin science. Her calm, honest, and patient-focused approach ensures every treatment is tailored, evidence-based, and carried out with the highest standards of safety and care.
